Centurion Enterprises, formerly known as Veltrini Global and before that the Veltrini Crime Family, traces its origins to the early years of IMVU’s mafia roleplay community, quickly becoming one of its defining and most recognizable organizations. At the time, the community was built around structured roleplay, hierarchy, and long-form storytelling, and the Veltrini Crime Family distinguished itself through an emphasis on organization, consistency, and a commitment to maintaining a refined atmosphere within its spaces.
From its earliest days, Veltrini’s rooms served as gathering places where players could engage in roleplay, conversation, and community events while adhering to standards of conduct and presentation that set us apart from our contemporaries. While we have since stepped away from active participation in the mafia roleplay sphere, we have always maintained close relationships with many of the individuals and groups that once formed that early community. These longstanding ties remain a point of pride and continuity for the organization. And our standards — class, discipline, and intelligent interaction — have gone on to shape our identity well into the present.
Leadership of the organization passed to Richard Parker in 2015. Under Parker’s direction, Veltrini entered a new phase of development and modernization. Recognizing that the platform and its communities had evolved significantly since the group’s founding, Parker oversaw a structural transition that redefined the organization’s scope and identity.
During this period, Veltrini Global was formally restructured and reintroduced as Centurion Enterprises, a name intended to reflect both continuity with its past and a broader, more refined vision for the future.
The transition to Centurion Enterprises represented more than a change in name. It marked a shift toward operating spaces designed not merely for roleplay, but for social interaction rooted in decorum, atmosphere, and thoughtful conversation. The goal was to create environments that evoke the ambiance of traditional lounges and private clubs; places where presentation, etiquette, and intelligence are valued.
Today, Centurion Enterprises continues to operate rooms across the platform, maintaining the philosophy that has guided our organization since its earliest days: to provide a haven of class and intelligence on a platform where such qualities are often difficult to find.
Notably, Centurion remains the oldest still-active group on IMVU, a distinction that reflects nearly two decades of continuity, leadership, and community presence. Through periods of change, both within the platform itself and within the communities that inhabit it, Centurion Enterprises has remained committed to the principles on which we were founded: to maintain a haven of class and intelligence on a platform so often found lacking.
